Dr. Beals is pleased to offer the highest quality of medical and therapeutic skin care services, as well as a Wellness Center that provides resources and support for obtaining a healthy way of life. The Spa also offers sclerotherapy, injectables, and fillers.
Medical Skin Care
Our aestheticians, Kelly Heller, Kerry Page and Sarah Klusman are licensed by the Arizona State Board of Cosmetology and certified in the use of skin and hair lasers by the Arizona Radiation Regulatory Agency (ARRA). In addition, the skin care and laser center in our medical office is licensed by the Arizona State Board of Cosmetology and the Arizona Radiation Regulatory Agency and is in full compliance with supervisory requirements.
Kelly, Kerry and Sarah have been practicing skin care in a medical setting collectively for over seven years. They are members of the Society of Plastic Surgical Skin Care Specialists (SPSSCS) and have participated in numerous advanced educational seminars specifically focused on medical and corrective skin care. Their clinical experience and caring manner have earned the trust and commitment of patients through the years. Kelly, Kerry and Sarah are dedicated to helping patients achieve their desired results, whether it be diminishing fine lines, fading pigmentation (brown spots), improving the appearance of pores, increasing natural moisture, normalizing oil production, or just maintaining good skin health - a customized solution is created for each patient.

Beals, MD Wellness & Medical Spa, your wellness is our first priority--let us assist you with wellness education. Injectables & Fillers
The Stephen P. Beals, MD Wellness & Medical Spa provides services for injectables, fillers, and sclerotherapy. These three treatments are administered by a highly trained and experienced Registered Nurse, Joan Llewellyn. The treatments are performed in the office and are available by appointment. The following are treatments we offer:
- Injectables used to reduce activity of muscles to minimize wrinkle lines. The treatment affects last 2-5 months.
- Botox
- Dermal fillers used to restore volume to areas of the skin and correct wrinkles or folds. The treatment affects last 4-6 months.
- Restylane
- Juvaderm
- Collagen
- Sclerotherapy is a treatment used to minimize the appearance of clusters of small veins. It is performed by injecting solution into veins which causes the veins to collapse and fade from view. Multiple treatments are necessary for optimal results.
